Meet our Atlanta Star Plumbing Technicians
Britt Pereira
Britt was born and raised in Houston, Texas. His father and grandfather were both in the plumbing field, and Britt followed in their footsteps. During high school, Britt began stocking trucks and once he graduated he began working full-time as a plumber’s helper for four years. In April 1997, Britt moved to Atlanta and joined Atlanta Star Plumbing. His biggest achievement to date was earning his Master Plumbing certification. When Britt is outside the office, he enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, hiking and hunting.
Ewan
Ewan was born in Scotland where he worked as a mechanical engineer in HVCA in the construction industry. Since immigrating, he‘s lived in Nashville, St Louis, Norfolk VA, Chicago, and Park City, UT before moving to Atlanta in 2008. Ewan said that, after working for many years in the Not For Profit world, it was Atlanta Star’s commitment to integrity, honesty, and service over profit seeking that sealed the deal for him. Outside of work Ewan enjoys woodturning and also working on his 81 Corvette and 79 Firebird.
James Monroe
James was born in Easton, Maryland. He was employed by an HVAC company to use his heating and air skills. However, plumbing jobs kept arising. He soon became the "noted" plumber in the company. Since then, he moved to Smyrna, Georgia, and later began working for Atlanta Star Plumbing. His hobbies include motorcycle riding, traveling, and enjoying his kids.
Clyde Zackery
I’ve relocated from New Jersey to be close to my new granddaughter. I have over 28 years of experience as a plumber, picking Atlanta Star Plumbing was by far the best choice putting value on a family-owned business and creating close relationships with our customers. In my space time I enjoy bowling and motorcycle riding. I recently re-married my wife Amina after 16 years and purchased a home in the area.

Maria
Maria came to Atlanta Star Plumbing in 2012. She loves working in the office and interacting with customers on the phone, and is involved with implementing new internal projects. Maria’s hobbies include cooking, oil painting and traveling to exotic places with her husband.
Jasmin Umana
Jasmin was born in Long Island, New York. Her mother, along with her family settled in Georgia in 2007. She joined Atlanta Star Plumbing in November of 2021 and has been there since, along with being a full-time student at Kennesaw State University. Her hobbies include, reading, hiking, and youth ministry work at her church. She enjoys the family dynamic at Atlanta Star Plumbing and creating close relationships with the Homeowners they service.
